I’m an Austin native — a unicorn, as they call us — and I didn’t enter the short-term rental industry through a course or a mastermind.

I entered it through work.

My husband and I were both introduced to Airbnb through TaskRabbit. What started as side hustles quickly turned into full-scale businesses — I focused on co-hosting and cleaning, while he built staging and maintenance services.

Today, I own one of the largest Airbnb and STR cleaning companies in the Austin metro, one of the most competitive short-term rental markets in the country. I also co-own a boutique STR management and staging company, helping local homeowners take properties from acquisition to launch — and manage everything from A to BNB.

B&B Babe Co. was created to bridge the gap between what people think this industry is and what it actually takes to succeed in it today.
